Refund Policy

1. No Refunds for Voluntary Withdrawal

AdmitSphere Hub provides guaranteed admission services. Once payment is made and the admission process begins, no refunds will be issued if the client chooses to withdraw for personal reasons.

2. Service Guarantee

Our commitment is to secure admission as agreed. If we fail to deliver the guaranteed admission due to our own fault, a full refund will be provided.
However, refunds will not apply in cases where:

  • The client provides false or incomplete information.

  • The client fails to meet required deadlines or submit necessary documents.

  • The client withdraws voluntarily after the process has started.

3. Non-Transferable

Payments made for services are non-transferable and cannot be applied to other individuals or future services.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where:

  • The service cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., regulatory changes).

  • The client cancels before any admission-related work has started (subject to an administrative fee).
